卧薪尝胆登大雅 轻功淡名思旧人
64年下放江永前是学素描和油画。在农村从未停过画笔放弃艺术上的探索。
72年从农村招工到长沙市工艺美术公司下层的绣品厂。因此改学国画。在实际工作中苦练绣品设计的国画技艺，慢慢从绘画设计工作渐升为技术科长、付厂长、厂长。曾参加过省市的美术展览，绣品行业的展览…，86年参加北京人民大会堂湖南堂的美术设计工作。
2011年秋，成功的在长沙举办了“湘珠澳三人行绘画摄影展”。他的传统的国画风格，和表现下层人物神情的人物国画很受参观同仁的认可和赞尝。尤其一副表现一女知青为题材的“苦恋”国画勾起众多男女知青对那段知青岁月的深情回忆。
60多岁的他天天仍耕笔不息，照他的意念是绘画能陶冶性格，锻练身体，也是生活中的一大乐趣。

万力年轻的时侯就聪明、活泼。后经历沧桑，终成正果！他的国画功底很好，牡丹画得鲜活，人物画得大气。业余能画得这样，实属难得！而且可以预测，他将越画越好，终成大器！
